Essential Oils have changed the way I care for my body and my family. This post is intended to encourage others to find a more natural way to care for themselves and their loved ones.
Cellulite: Lemongrass and Cypress mixed with unscented natural body lotion.
Clear Skin: 2 drops lavender, 2 drops Melaleuca, 1 drop Frankincense mixed with Fractionated Coconut Oil morning and night after cleansing.
Tension Headache: Tension Blend or Soothing Blend behind the ears, neck, and on forehead or temples as needed.
Hormonal Headache: Geranium, Patchouli, and Eucalyptus to forehead, temples, and/or behind the neck. Another option : Women’s Monthly Blend in a roller ball.
Mood: 1 drop of Joyful Blend or 1 drop of Wild Orange with 1 drop of Peppermint in hands, rub together and cup hands over face and breathe in.
Sleep: Rub 2 drops of Lavender to the bottom of feet before bed. Diffuse Calming Blend or Lavender, Lemon, and Peppermint in bedroom.
Sore Muscles: 2 drops of Soothing Blend to the bottom of feet after morning shower.
Stress: 1 drop of Calming Blend to the back of neck when needed
Virus: At first symptoms, 2 drops of Protective Blend, 2 drops of Oregano, and 2 drops of Melaleuca in a Veggie Capsule. To help prevent viruses rub 2 drops of Protective Blend on bottoms of feet daily.
Weight Management: 8 drops of Metabolic Blend in Veggie Capsule
