May 24, 2014 – Norman P. Murray Community Center

I have quickly come to realize that my absolute favorite part of my job is getting to know the families of the bride and groom.  Jason and Jennifer’s wedding opened my eyes to a more positive way of looking at life.  Through all the losses this family has gone through, they have learned to appreciate each other more than before, celebrate each other, and open their arms and love each other more than any family I’ve witnessed up to this point in my life.  This family has given me a new outlook on life and I am so thankful that I had the opportunity to meet each one of them and participate in Jason and Jennifer’s special day.

To embrace the grooms culture, A Bagpiper played as the guests arrived at the church, he also lead the recessional walking in front of the newlyweds.

Then at the reception the couple took part in a traditional Korean wedding tea ceremony called Paebaek

A memorial table was set up inside the reception to honor those that could not be there to celebrate with the couple
